Thank you for visiting this webpage and it's photographic gallery selections. All photographs  in these galleries were taken by Joel Penland of Upstate South Carolina.

Photographs have been separated into separate galleries. These categories include one underwater freshwater gallery, four underwater saltwater galleries, (primarily South Pacific images), and one gallery of sealife found off the South Carolina coast. The last two galleries contain travel and nature images.

One highlight of these galleries (freshwater gallery) are several photographs of North America's largest subaquatic amphibian (second largest in the world) rarely photographed in it's native underwater environment.

For simplicity, navigation of this webpage consist of links to the home page from the photographic galleries. Other page's are fully linked. All elements of this webpage are best viewed with Microsoft Explorer. All images have been reduced to low resolution to facilitate fast page loading and review.  This webpage is a work in progress.
